Please read this document before completing the booking process as it contains important information about rental and booking.
General Terms:
A booking through the Website, whether the booking is confirmed or unconfirmed, does not constitute a contract for the provision of a car rental service. The car rental contract is only valid upon signing the contract and/or receiving the vehicle from the rental branch. By making a reservation, the customer accepts and agrees to be informed of the rental terms, terms of use, reservation conditions, and general terms and conditions.
Booking Process:
You can book a car and additional optional features to pick it up on time, time and place for the agreed rental period. You must meet the rental requirements and you must agree and sign the rental contract as required by law.
Change of booking:
You can change your booking at any time before you pick up the car through the rental branch where the car will be, noting that all requests to change the reservation are subject to vehicle availability and may result in a difference in price. We do not charge any fees for changing the reservation, but a cancellation fee may be charged if the change is a cancellation of the reservation.
Cancellation of Booking:
Cancellation fee will be charged depending on the time of cancellation.
If cancelled less than 3 days, 10% of the total booking will be charged.
Car rental rates:
Car rental prices are calculated from the rental period to the end and according to the place of car rental, the duration of the car rental and the type of car required according to your request. Prices for optional extras, such as child seats, are calculated from the rental period to the end and depending on the location of the car pick-up. You must pay all fees that include such fares such as VAT and any other surcharges unless otherwise stated.
Booking number:
You must bring the booking number or email containing the booking confirmation, as this helps the rental desk in searching for your personal information to deliver the car.
We have the right to refuse to drive and deliver the car to any driver that:
1. Does not hold a valid driver’s license.
2. Does not meet the qualification and security requirements.
3. Under the influence of intoxicants or drugs.
4. Violates the terms and policies of Al Jazirah Rent a Car Company.
Use of Personal Information:
By making a reservation, you accept and consent to our use and processing of your personal information in accordance with the system as described in the Site’s Privacy Policy.
